50 Cent has been hospitalized after a serious car crash Monday night in New York City.

According to ThisIs50.com, he was in a SUV that was rear ended by a Mack truck on the Long Island Expressway. The SUV almost flipped over, landing Fif' and his driver in the hospital, where he's being tested for back and neck injuries. 

The driver of the truck told police that he'd lost control of his load.
